MORE THAN A PLAY SPACE!
We're a gathering place built around inclusion, accessibility, and real community connection.

OUR MISSION
To empower every child to participate, belong, and thrive in a space that honors all abilities. By providing adaptable play, sensory experiences, family-centered programs, and strong community partnerships, we reduce barriers, build resilience, and foster a culture of inclusion, care, and play.
MEET THE TEAM
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE KINGDOM

Hillary Flight
OWNER
Hillary is a mother of two who has devoted her life to helping kids be kids. Whether in business or advocacy, she has proven to be a driving force in supporting youth through inclusive play and early education.
When not at Kids Kingdom you can find her chasing her own children at their activities, planning yet another project, or behind the handle bars of something faster than necessary.

Heather Adams
PROGRAM FACILITATOR
Heather started her career at Kids Kingdom through a volunteer program while earning her Child and Youth Care Worker diploma with Keyin College. No stranger to working with children having three busy boys of her own, she has been a perfect fit.
Heather has an abundance of experience with neurodivergent youth, and enjoys planning our drop off programs to be equitable for all ages and abilities.
When not at Kids Kingdom you can find her relaxing at home with her kids, or shopping at Walmart.

Elaine Pitcher
MANAGER
Elaine has spent over 35 years working with the children of Clarenville. Having operated her own dayhome caring for 101 children before her career change, she has more experience than all of us put together.
She is the mother hen of the group. Elaine brings a sense of comfort and familiarity to the families who use Kids Kingdom and has been with us since we opened our doors.
When not at Kids Kingdom you can find her hiking with friends, enjoying her cabin, or spending time with her three grandchildren whom she adores.

Leanne Pelley
PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Leanne has dreamed of working with children since her teen years and is incredibly proud to have accomplished that goal. She brings a wealth of experience through her volunteer service with the Calvary church youth programs and promotes Kids Kingdom wherever she goes. When not at Kids Kingdom you can find her with her many friends, her church family, and her husband Greg.
